Our comprehensive digital suite includes PAN Card Applications, Mobile & DTH Recharges, Utility Bill Payments, and other financial services. All activities performed on this platform must strictly comply with the Information Technology Act and other relevant legal regulations of India.

• Accuracy: Users must provide 100% accurate and verifiable information during registration and service processing.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account.
• Prohibited Use: Any attempt to reverse-engineer the portal or use it for fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination.

All financial transactions on RingerPay are final. As per our Cancellation Policy, payments for plans are non-refundable. Refund claims for failed transactions due to technical errors will be processed into the user's wallet/account within the stipulated timeframe of 3-21 days.

RingerPay acts as a service aggregator. We shall not be held liable for any delays, transaction failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party API providers, government server downtime, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for updates.
