Transparency and trust at RingerPay

Subscription & Plan Purchase

Once a Business Correspondent (BC) selects and purchases a plan or offer through the RingerPay platform, the transaction is considered final. Due to the nature of digital services and as per applicable laws, all plan activations are Irreversible and non-refundable under any circumstances.

KYC Compliance & Onboarding

User activation on the RingerPay system is strictly contingent upon the successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. If a Business Correspondent fails to provide valid documents or complete the KYC process, RingerPay reserves the right to withhold service activation. KYC is mandatory for all registered partners.

Important: RingerPay will not create user credentials for any correspondent who does not fulfill the mandatory verification requirements.
Automated Refund Protocol

In the event of a technical failure within the RingerPay portal—where the fault is directly attributable to our system—refunds are processed automatically. Once we receive confirmation from the payment gateway, the amount is credited back to the original source within 3 to 21 business days.

Service Grievances

If a payment is successful but services are not rendered, the BC must log a formal complaint via support@ringerpay.in from their registered email. Upon investigation, if the claim is found valid, a refund may be initiated excluding payment gateway charges. All applicable taxes will be handled as per government norms.

Final Agreement

By using this website, the User/Retailer/Distributor/Master Distributor agrees to abide by these refund terms, which are subject to the master Terms & Conditions of RingerPay.
